I'm not good at writing letters to explain things but here goes: Laura is a 20 year old single mom in need of more help than I can give. She has a 2 year old daughter who is just beautiful and deserves something nice. Ella, my grandaugther is just now realizing what it is to share with her cousins and I think deserves a little bit of the nice things in life. Laura does her best for her daughter but can't really make things as nice as I would like to see. My job has cut my hours some more so me helping is a bit rough. Some of the things she needs to keep herself and daughter safe would be 2 new tires for her car and some engine work. She works late at a McDonalds and is on her own driving home late at night. Other items would be clothes for both Laura and Ella. Learning toys and books for Ella. (She loves it when I read to her). Any kind of toy for a 2 year old girl would be a good gift. Laura would be satisfied with just about anything anyone would give her. She did mention just the other day that she needs blue jeans and tops to make it through the winter. Ella needs some warmer clothing also. She tries really hard to make a good life for her daughter but a helping hand would do wonders for them both. Thank you.
My daughter works and is going to school for Medical Assisting. She hardly ever gets to see her family. She is also on the deans list for her schooling...I am so very proud of her. Her husband also works very hard and it seems that they work opposite hours all the time so they don't see each other much, but they have this awesome 2 year old little girl who is such a joy. This is actually my ex step-daughter who I consider mine because I helped raise her. She has had a very hard life. They could use clothing (as kids grow very fast). Any toys for a 2 year old. Even food for them or paying an electric bill would be great. They would appreciate anything that you could do for them. Thank you in advance.
My sister is 30years old with 2 young boys and a lot of health problems. She has not been able to find a job and needs a little help getting her boys Christmas presents. She had a heart attack while pregnant with her youngest child Nicholas. After she had him she was in the hospital off and on for the 1st 3 months of his life and then we lost our dad and she was very depressed. She has gotten much better and just was not able to find a job that would work for her with the boys. She is a single mom who gives everything to her 2 boys. She would like to be able to buy them a few gifts for Christmas. The boys need coats and shoes. my sister needs clothes and the boys need a bed.
I am a single mom of 3 wonderful boys. I try really hard to give my kids what they want and i go with out to make sure they have a good life.I work alot of hours to try to give them every thing they want. However just like alot of people times are hard and we struggle to get by with bills and everything , So needless to say i am unable to give them a good christmas this year. I ask for nothing for myself just that they may have a chance to have a good christmas. I am not requsting anything big cause i know times are tough so here is a small list of things my kids like/need. My boys could use new winter coats shoes and clothes. They also like things like angry birds , scooby doo, spiderman, bayblades, pokemon and adventure time toys and characters , board games, books, lego blocks and stuff animals.
One of my neighbors has 4 children. I have only had the joy of interacting with them over the last year and a half. They are the greatest kids and actually listen and respect anyone they meet. Unfortunately they dont have alot of the "extras" other kids their age have because they only have a working mother who works in the home healthcare realm. Their father has been out of work for over a year now but to them they notice nothing as a hardship. I have given them cheap mp3's thru the last year and they guard them like their gold (of course I had music preloaded since I knew they had no way of buying it) and have each thanked my several times. I have tried to connect them to my internet but the distance is too great for the old computer they have even with the antenna I bought. These kids dont have access to the web play outside all day and keep themselves occupied. They are just not the typical kids you see today who are self absored. Everytime I go outside they ask if there is anything they can help with. I try to get them little things like tops and shorts and things I can pick up cheap but like I said they appreciate anything the get gratefully. They dont even seem to notice all their friends have so much more. They dont even hold bad feelings towards their parents for not having the items others take for granted. I hope that there is someone out there that can make their Christmas outstanding. Like I said I just love these kids so much they are great.
I am a single mother who will be losing my job in a few weeks due to budget cuts with in the hospital . I have a six year old daughter who loves books, music, baby dolls, movie and crafty stuff she is not a picky kid she is grateful for anything she gets. I want her to have a great christmas but with losing my job I am having to pay my bills and keep my electric and everything on and i am barley getting by . i have a part time job my husbnad watchest the kids cause childcare is expensive my kids dont want nothin but to have the family together i wont have that my kids are good kids they gt good grades we play games go to the park free things to praise them as a hairstylist i dont make much and im not askin much 50 dollars and i can do to the dollar store to get them something for them to believe in christmas and santa and they deserve it for being good kids for doing what they are told im very hapy to have my kids im thankful for my mother in law or i wouldnt have a place to call home cause she is helping me
My soon to be son-in-law works his butt off 40-60 hrs a week to provide for his two kids and my daughters two boys, which are not his. He treats my grandsons as if they are his own, loves them, plays with them and is their sole provider, my daughter doesn't work in order to be home with the kids. Earlier this year, he got a better job and thought things would be so much better but, the state takes all the help away, like insurance and help with groceries. It is so hard for him to make ends meet with 4 kids in the house, but he presses on to provide for them. They are so stressed that there just isn't anything extra to give the kids even a little bit for Christmas. I am nominating them because he is so good to my grandkids and is trying so hard to provide for them all, he just needs some help to ease all the holiday stress. Abby is 6 y.o. size 6, Bratz doll, Baby Alive, Furby, Dora stuff. Brayden is 5 y.o. size 6, Race track, Radio control truck, Nerf guns, Batman stuff. Jordan is 4 y.o. size 4t, Spiderman stuff, Nerf gun, handheld game, Furby, trucks. Carter is 1 y.o. size 18m., Any learning toys, he loves dogs. The kids also would love a swingset or basketball hoop because they love to play outside. As far as the parents go help with an electric or gas bill would be wonderful!

I'm kaden's mother and i lost my job due to a work injury. We struggle just to keep a roof over our head.Our only income is ss and it only covers the rent. Kaden is only 12 and he ask me how old he had to be to get a job. Kaden loves computers he is computer smart. He recieved an award for Technoligy from his school 2yrs ago for fixing the smart board at school. Even though we don't have much kaden still has a positive additude. I would love so much to see him get the IPAD that he wants. I don't want my son worrying about the bills and all the adult problems, I want him to stay in school and continue his education. Even the teachers believe he will go far with his computer smarts.I would love to see him have a good Christmas. As of right now I can't even think about christmas. I can't afford to even put gas in my car. kaden's father is on disability so he is not able to help us he has his own life.So as a single unemployed mother i would be so grateful if my son would have the chance at a wonderful memorable Christmas. Reservation of Rights
The Service and its benefits are offered at our discretion, and we have the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service, including the Points levels, in whole or in part for any reason, at our sole discretion. We may, among other things, withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any Reward; increase the Points required for any Reward; or modify or condition the transferability of Rewards or benefits. You agree that we will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification or discontinuance of the Service, in whole or in part.
In consideration of your use of the Service, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form and to maintain and promptly update your personal data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we or any of our service providers have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and to refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof) by you. You may not register with a disposable email address. Only one member account per person and two member accounts per household. If you are 18 years of age or under you cannot post information about yourself on the website or complete the registration process. You can, among other things, review your accumulated Points, review the Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time, and review redemption options at rewards.wil92.com .
You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration process. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account, and that you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and to exit from your account at the end of each session. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these conditions. If for any reason your account is terminated by either you or us, all of your Points accrued will be forfeited.
To earn Points, you must undertake an activity described in a Service-authorized promotion for earning Points, which may include, but is not limited to: streaming media on a designated media player, completing certain surveys, visiting certain retail locations or Internet Web sites, registering for a designated product or service or engaging in other online activities for which Points will be awarded in connection with the Service. You also will be rewarded a percentage of the total Points that your primary referrals earn on their use of the Service. We expressly reserve the right to change the rate at which referred Points are credited and to limit the amount of referred Points credited to your account each week to an overall maximum number of Points that may be less than the number of member referred Points that would have been credit based on the current percentage being paid. We also expressly reserve the right to establish additional means of accruing Points, to delete any or all of the means currently in effect, to exclude specific types of transactions from the accumulation of Points or to specify periods after which unused Points will be forfeited. Points can be accrued only for activity actually taken and completed by you or by your primary referrals and can be applied only to your account. You may earn Points from only one computer or network access point at any given time; simultaneous activity on multiple computers for one account will not be credited. Streaming activity is further limited to one stream at a given time. You may accrue Points simultaneously for non-streaming activity, provided it is in accordance with the conditions regarding network access Points and multiple computers. Points posted to your account for transactions that are subsequently voided will reduce the Points accrued in your account by the number of Points earned for the corresponding voided transaction. We will use reasonable efforts to allocate earned Points to each user's account. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your Points are properly credited. If you believe that Points have been earned but not credited, or in cases where we deem verification is required, we reserve the right to require proof of accrual, including, but not limited to, copies or receipts or similar documentation verifying any transactions claimed to have been performed. We must receive any claims of Points by you and proof of accrual within three months after the date such Points are claimed to be earned. Points will be maintained in your account until they are redeemed for a Reward or for 6 months or are forfeited whichever occurs first. Each month, all Points that are more than 6 months old will be deleted from your account. All decisions regarding point balances, rewards, and forfeitures, and the identity of the individual accessing an account, are within our sole discretion.
You may redeem Points accrued in your account for Rewards, provided that your account is in good standing at the time of the redemption request. You may use your Points to submit Sweepstakes entries, each of which is subject to their own official rules available on the entry screen. You are required to be 18 years or older to bid in certain auctions, to be eligible for certain trade-ins or to submit certain Sweepstakes entries. Some Rewards provided through the Service by way of auctions, sweepstakes, or trade-ins are promoted regionally or nationally to users of other rewards services. Rewards that are promoted and accessible only to users eligible to participate in this Service are noted as such by the display of the reward type 'L' on the page displaying the material terms for that sweepstake, auction or trade-in. Rewards promoted and accessible regionally or nationally to users of this Service and other rewards services are noted as such by display of the reward type 'MM' on the page displaying the material terms for that sweepstake, auction or trade-in. In these cases, users of other rewards services in multiple cities will have the ability to participate in auctions, sweepstakes, and trade-ins available through the Service, which in turn may further limit the availability of the items offered to you through the Service. All active bids and sweepstakes entries will remain active and eligible for winning prize until the member is outbid or the sweepstakes entered closes. For these purposes, items will be deemed to be received on the date that you receive notice of an item being awarded in an auction or trade-in or a prize being awarded in a sweepstakes. Points earned in two or more different accounts may not be combined to redeem or bid for any Reward. Some Rewards have limited availability and all Rewards are subject to availability and other terms and conditions. Dependent upon availability, we may substitute Rewards of greater or equal value. In some cases, Rewards you select are sent to you directly by the merchant, who is solely responsible for the quality and performance of the goods supplied. Any rules of the merchants relating to returns and exchanges apply, but no Points will be re-credited to your account. You are responsible for taxes, if any, due on Points or Rewards. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any Reward offering at any time. Redeemed Rewards are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, redeemable, or transferable for cash, credit, other Rewards, or Points under any circumstances.
To play some of the games offered through the Rewards Service (including, but not limited to, scratch and win games, blackjack-style games, and slots-style games), you must submit the required number of Points, at which time the Points will be deducted from your account. The minimum number of Points required for a game play will be determined separately for each game, but typically range from 25 to 5000 Points . Once submitted, your game play cannot be deleted, canceled or modified, except by the Operator. In the event of a dispute as to game play submitted by multiple individuals using the same computer, an entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized registrant of the Rewards Service username and password from which the game play is made. The authorized registrant is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned a username and password, and all decisions regarding the identity of the authorized registrant shall be made by Operator in its sole discretion. The card must include the following information in legible, hand-printed or typed English: your full legal name, complete home postal address, home telephone number with area code, the user name and email address you entered when you registered for the Service, your age, gender, [insert name of station and/or Rewards Service], and the name of the game you wish to play. Each offline submission will entitle you to the number of Points needed to play the game identified in your offline submission once. Operator will deposit that number of Points into your account, and then you can play the game by submitting those Points in the manner described above. Operator is not responsible for any incomplete, late, lost, misappropriated, illegible, damaged, postage-due or misdirected mail-in entries or game play requests, or for failure to receive online entries or game play requests due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning or unavailability of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Operator.
Gaming or Fraud
Gaming, fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of Points or redemption of Rewards may result in forfeiture of accrued Points as well as the termination of your account. You are solely responsible for any fraudulent use of your Points that could occur due to the theft of or sharing of your password. The Service is provided to individual users who are natural persons for their own personal use. Machines, scripts or automated services may not be used to access any part of the Service, accumulate any Points, or participate in any other aspect of the Service. IT WILL BE CONSIDERED FRAUDULENT AND A VIOLATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IF YOU ACCESS ANY OTHER REGISTERED USER'S ACCOUNT TO TAKE ANY ACTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ENTERING CODES, TRIVIA ANSWERS, COMPLETING SURVEYS, OR REDEEMING Points FOR PRIZES AND AWARDS, EVEN IF THE OTHER REGISTERED USER IS A FAMILY MEMBER. IT WILL BE CONSIDERED FRAUDULENT AND A VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANY MEMBER TO SHARE WITH OTHER MEMBERS CODE WORDS, TRIVIA ANSWERS OR OTHER INFORMATION THAT CAN BE REDEEMED FOR Points. Limitation of Liability, Indemnity and Release
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES (EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You accept all responsibility for, and hereby indemnify and hold us harmless from and against, any actions taken by any user authorized to use your account, including, but not limited to, accrual of Points, redemption of Points, and disclosure of passwords to third parties. We are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by data entry errors by us, website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the set up or processing of the service. We assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any person's computer or data related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Web site. We are not responsible for cheating or fraud by any members. By using the Service, you release us, our subsidiaries, and affiliates from any and all liability regarding the redemption of Points, use of Rewards, or other participation in the Service.
Violation of the Terms
You understand and agree that in our sole discretion, and without prior notice, we may remove Points from your account as a penalty, terminate your access to the website or deactivate your membership account if we determine that you have violated our Terms and Conditions.
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the website, including, without limitation, any information or content you post to the site or any interference with the operation of the site.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any conflicts or choice of laws rules (whether of Georgia or any other jurisdiction). The invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, these Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein. CORNBREAD’S CHRISTMAS DRIVE
1. Dates/Eligibility. The 92.3 WIL-FM Cornbread’s Christmas Drive Contest (the “Contest”) begins November 16, 2012, and ends December 2, 2012. 92.3 WIL-FM (the “Station”) may change the dates and/or terms of the Contest, including canceling the Contest, without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted on a page at www.wil92.com (the “Site”). The Contest is open to all legal residents of Missouri or Illinois. Winner must be 18 years of age to participate in prize redemption. Employees or agents of the Station, Hubbard Radio St. Louis, LLC, Auffenberg Dealer Group of Illinois, or any entity associated with the sponsorship or administration of the Contest (collectively, the “Sponsors”) or any other television or radio station that transmits a signal for reception in Missouri or Illinois, as well as members of the same household of any such employee or agent, may not participate. The phrase “members of the same household” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, whether as in-laws or by current or past marriages, remarriages, adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household, whether or not related. No more than one (1) winner per household.
2. How to Enter.
a) By completing and submitting an online essay of why they are someone they know should be considered for $500 in Christmas Gifts. Online entries must be received no later than 11:59 p.m., December 2, 2012.
All entries must be received by the Station on or before December 2, 2012. All contestants must include their name and contact phone number on their registration forms.
3. Selection of Winners. Periodically throughout the Contest, the Station and a representative from the Auffenberg Dealer Group of Illinois will select a minimum of five (5) winners from all entries received during said timeframe. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of eligible entries received. Judges decisions are final.
4. Prizes. A minimum of one (5) prizes may be awarded in the Contest. Each prize will consist of:

Each Winner will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, including a publicity release, as prepared by the Station, prior to receiving their prize. Each winner will be responsible for any taxes or fees that result from the receipt and/or use of their prize. 5. Conditions/Restrictions. In exchange for the right to participate in the Contest, each contestant agrees to release and indemnify each of the Sponsors, and the officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees of the Sponsors, for, from and against any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the contestant’s participation in the Contest or, if the contestant is a winner of a prize, the use of their prize. Entry into the Contest constitutes permission for each Sponsor and its respective designees to use the contestant’s name, likeness, portrait, voice and/or biographical material for an unlimited period of time in order to advertise, promote or publicize the Sponsor and/or the products and services of any of its designees.
